Natural Gas Pipeline Company of America LLC (“Natural”) has received interest from the market for firm transportation capacity between the Permian Basin and points in Natural's Midcontinent Zone. In response to this, Natural has developed the Permian Link Project (“Project”) to provide bi-directional firm transportation service via a proposed greenfield pipeline and new compression facilities linking Natural's Permian Zone near Pecos County, Texas to Natural‘s Midcontinent Zone with options as far east as Beckham County, Oklahoma (the “Project Path”). The Permian Link Project is designed to provide up to 2,600,000 Dth/d of firm transportation capacity (“Project Capacity”), including 2,100,000 Dth/d of northbound capacity and 500,000 Dth/d of southbound capacity. The Project will provide firm service to new markets along the Project Path as well as access to Natural's extensive storage portfolio and balancing services.
The purpose of this Non-Binding Solicitation of Interest is to solicit further interest from shippers interested in acquiring firm transportation capacity on the Project Path that are: (1) willing to commit to such firm transportation service, under terms and conditions described below and in accordance with all applicable rules and regulations of the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (“FERC”); and (2) agree to meet the requisite pressure necessary to effectuate the firm receipt of the gas at the primary receipt point(s) and firm delivery of the gas at the primary delivery point(s). This Non-Binding Solicitation of Interest is subject to Natural's FERC Gas Tariff and all applicable laws and regulations.
