Torito Dorado Project – Non-Binding Solicitation of Interest

Natural Gas Pipeline Company of America LLC (“Natural”) is soliciting interest in a project (“Torito Dorado Project” or “the Project”) to expand its natural gas transportation capacity from the growing Delaware Basin to the Waha Hub (“Waha”) and from Waha to Compressor Station 167 along its Segment 9. The Torito Dorado Project would provide 185,000 to 308,000 Dth/d of firm transportation service between new and existing receipt and delivery points in Lea County, New Mexico, and Winkler, Ward, and Pecos Counties, Texas, including White Water, Transpecos, and Agua Blanca (Segment 9). Available receipts and deliveries also include access to the pooling point in the Permian Zone. Natural expects to place the Project in service between April 1, 2027 and February 1, 2028; however, the in-service date will be determined based upon bids received in response to this solicitation of interest and the final scope of the Project.

This Non-Binding Solicitation of Interest will start at 9:00 a.m. CST on Tuesday, June 10, 2025, and will close at 2:00 p.m. CST on Tuesday, July 15, 2025.
