Force Majeure Lifted – Plains Station

El Paso Natural Gas Company, L.L.C. (EPNG) has resolved the Force Majeure event declared on Monday, December 29, 2025 (Reference Critical Notice No.(s) 627131 and 627506) associated with its compression equipment failures at Plains Compressor Station located in Yoakum County, Texas. As such, EPNG will be restoring capacity through the PLAIN ST constraint effective October 6, 2026, Timely Cycle, (Cycle 1).

EPNG will be posting an updated maintenance notice to reflect the restored capacity through the PLAIN ST constraint.

This incident constitutes an event of Force Majeure under Section 11.3 of the General Terms and Conditions of EPNG's FERC Gas Tariff.
