Force Majeure Lifted – Line No. 1103 – Pecos River to Guadalupe

El Paso Natural Gas Company, L.L.C. (EPNG) has resolved the Force Majeure event declared on Friday, September 4, 2026 (Reference Critical Notice No. 629537) associated with its Line No. 1103 Pecos River to Guadalupe anomaly repairs located in Culberson County, Texas.

The anomaly repairs have been completed, and capacity will be restored at the PECOS and GUADLUP constraints effective September 25, 2026, Intraday 1 Cycle, (Cycle 3).

This incident constitutes an event of Force Majeure under Section 11.3 of the General Terms and Conditions of EPNG's FERC Gas Tariff.
