Force Majeure Lifted – Line No. 1102 – Plains to Dimmitt – MLV 16 to MLV 14
El Paso Natural Gas Company, L.L.C. (EPNG) has resolved the Force Majeure event declared on Wednesday, July 22, 2026 (Reference Critical Notice No. 629077) associated with its Line No. 1102 Plains to Dimmitt anomaly repairs between Mainline Valves 16 and 14, located in Lamb County, Texas.
The anomaly repairs have been completed, and capacity will be restored at the PLAINS N constraint effective September 14, 2026, Intraday 1 Cycle, (Cycle 3).
Capacity will be increased at the AMAR S constraint effective September 14, 2026, Intraday 1 Cycle, (Cycle 3).
This incident constitutes an event of Force Majeure under Section 11.3 of the General Terms and Conditions of EPNG's FERC Gas Tariff.
