STRAINED OPERATING CONDITION (SOC) Declaration - System Wide DRAFT

EFFECTIVE DATE: September 10, 2026

IMBALANCE TOLERANCE: 5%

DURATION: Until Further Notice

AFFECTED AREAS/LOCATIONS: System-wide

OPERATING CONDITION SUMMARY: The EPNG system linepack is currently 7,560 MMcf, representing an increase of 58 MMcf compared to the start of Gas Day September 9, 2026. Despite this improvement, EPNG remains concerned about maintaining adequate linepack and delivery pressures across the system.

CUSTOMER ACTION REQUIRED: Customers are strongly encouraged to review their transport to ensure that their deliveries are in balance with their supplies and to ensure their scheduled supplies are performing as expected.

EPNG RESPONSE:

· Washington Ranch is on withdrawal.

· Imbalance payback off the system, such as Payback (Imbalance Payback from TSP), will be denied due to operational concerns related to maintaining adequate linepack.

· IHSW Service will be suspended.
