Force Majeure Lifted – Line No. 1103 – Anomaly Repair – Guadalupe to Cornudas

El Paso Natural Gas Company, L.L.C. (EPNG) has resolved the Force Majeure event declared on Tuesday, July 7, 2026 (Reference Critical Notice No(s). 628914, 628922 and 628953) associated with its Line No. 1103 Guadalupe to Cornudas anomaly repair located in Culberson and Hudspeth Counties, Texas.

The anomaly repair has been completed, and capacity will be restored at the GUADLUP constraint effective July 11, 2026, Evening Cycle, (Cycle 2).

This incident constitutes an event of Force Majeure under Section 11.3 of the General Terms and Conditions of EPNG's FERC Gas Tariff.
