SOC Follow-Up Report – System-wide Draft Condition

DURATION OF EVENT

A system-wide Strained Operating Condition (“SOC”) for a Draft condition was declared by EPNG as follows:

Effective: Gas Day June 3, 2026

Imbalance Threshold: 5%

AFFECTED AREA(S)/LOCATION(S)

All shippers system-wide were subject to the requirements of the SOC declaration.

TIMELINE

[June 3, 2026, 6:18 am Mountain Daylight Time (MDT)] EPNG declared a system-wide SOC for a Draft condition effective Gas Day June 3, 2026, with the imbalance threshold set at 5% (Critical Notice No. 628553).

[June 4, 2026, 6:09 am MDT] EPNG lifted the subject system-wide SOC effective Gas Day June 4, 2026 (Critical Notice No. 628573).

APPLICABLE OPERATING CONDITIONS

Wednesday, June 3, 2026

- EPNG system linepack started the Gas Day at 7,556 MMcf, which was a decrease of 312 MMcf compared to the previous Gas Day.

- At 6:18 am MDT, EPNG declared a system-wide SOC for a Draft condition (Notice No. 628553) effective Gas Day June 3, 2026. The linepack draft was primarily due to a loss of supply in the Permian Basin related to overnight thunderstorms. The Permian Basin supply was performing at 91% of scheduled volumes.

- Washington Ranch was on withdrawal, averaging 191 MMcf.

Thursday, June 4, 2026

- EPNG system linepack started the Gas Day at 7,925 MMcf, which was an increase of 369 MMcf compared to the previous Gas Day.

- At 6:09 am MDT, EPNG lifted the system-wide SOC for a Draft condition (Notice No. 628573) effective Gas Day June 4, 2026. Customer response was sufficient to increase EPNG's linepack to acceptable levels.

- Washington Ranch was on injection, averaging 26 MMcf.

ACTIONS TAKEN BY EPNG AND SHIPPERS

The following actions were taken:

1. EPNG declared a system-wide SOC for a Draft condition on June 3, 2026, at 6:18 am MDT. The system-wide SOC was in effect for Gas Day June 3, 2026, only.

2. After EPNG declared the system-wide SOC, customers took corrective actions to align their scheduled supplies with their actual deliveries.
