Force Majeure Lifted – Line No. 1201/1112 – Anomaly Repairs – Hackberry to Topock – MLV 48 to MLV 13

El Paso Natural Gas Company, L.L.C. (EPNG) has resolved the Force Majeure event declared on Friday, June 5, 2026 (Reference Critical Notice No. 628594) associated with its Line No. 1201 and No. 1112 Hackberry to Topock anomaly repairs located in Mohave County, Arizona.

The anomaly repairs have been completed, and capacity will be increased at the NORTH ML constraint effective June 18, 2026, Timely Cycle, (Cycle 1).

This incident constitutes an event of Force Majeure under Section 11.3 of the General Terms and Conditions of EPNG's FERC Gas Tariff.
