IMBALANCE TOLERANCE: 5%

DURATION: Until Further Notice

AFFECTED AREAS/LOCATIONS: Specific to the following location.

DEPECAFT (300842)

DEPECELP (300843)

OPERATING CONDITION SUMMARY: The EPNG system linepack level starts Gas Day May 22. 2026, at 7,611 MMcf, which is a decrease of 180 MMcf compared to the start of Gas Day May 21, 2026. The locations listed above drafted the system and undermine our ability to maintain adequate delivery pressures.

Deliveries in excess of scheduled quantities.

CUSTOMER ACTION REQUIRED: Immediate action is required to ensure that system pressure remain at a level capable of meeting scheduled deliveries off the system.

EPNG RESPONSE:

- Washington Ranch is on withdrawal.

- IHSW Service will be suspended.
