IMBALANCE TOLERANCE: 5%

DURATION: Until Further Notice

AFFECTED AREAS/LOCATIONS: Specific to the following locations.

DTEP S78 (301149)

DAPS PHX (300777)

OPERATING CONDITION SUMMARY: The EPNG system linepack is currently at 8,071 MMcf, which is an increase of 55 MMcf from the start of Gas Day May 16, 2026. Continued packing by the locations listed above undermine EPNG's ability to maintain system linepack within acceptable levels and manage system integrity.

Deliveries below scheduled quantities.

Receipts in excess of scheduled quantities.

CUSTOMER ACTION REQUIRED: Immediate action is required to ensure that system integrity is maintained.

EPNG RESPONSE:

- Washington Ranch is on maximum injection.
