A location-specific Strained Operating Condition (“SOC”) for a Pack condition was declared by EPNG as follows:

TIMELINE
[February 19, 2026, 7:01 am Mountain Standard Time (MST)] EPNG declared a location-specific SOC for a Pack condition effective Gas Day February 19, 2026, with the imbalance threshold set at 5% (Critical Notice No. 627588).
[February 23, 2026, 6:18 am MST] EPNG lifted the subject location-specific SOC effective Gas Day February 23, 2026, (Critical Notice No. 627618).
APPLICABLE OPERATING CONDITIONS
Thursday, Gas Day February 19
- EPNG's system linepack started the day at 8,195 MMcf, which was an increase of 162 MMcf compared to the previous Gas Day.
- At 7:01 am MST, EPNG declared a location-specific SOC for a Pack condition (Notice No. 627588) for the locations listed above effective Gas Day February 19. In its notice, EPNG stated that continued packing of the system by the locations listed above would undermine EPNG's ability to maintain system linepack within acceptable levels and manage system integrity.
- The locations listed above had packed EPNG's system 68 MMcf the prior Gas Day.
- Washington Ranch was on injection, averaging 97 MMcf.
Friday, Gas Day February 20
- EPNG's system linepack started the day at 8,073 MMcf, which was a decrease of 122 MMcf compared to the previous Gas Day.
- Washington Ranch was on injection, averaging 30 MMcf.
Saturday, Gas Day February 21
- EPNG's system linepack started the day at 7,959 MMcf, which was a decrease of 114 MMcf compared to the previous Gas Day.
- Washington Ranch was idle.
Sunday, Gas Day February 22
- EPNG's system linepack started the day at 7,936 MMcf, which was a decrease of 23 MMcf compared to the previous Gas Day.
- Washington Ranch was on withdrawal, averaging 81 MMcf.
Monday, Gas Day February 23
- EPNG's system linepack started the day at 7,985 MMcf, which was an increase of 49 MMcf compared to the previous Gas Day.
- At 6:18 am MST, EPNG lifted the subject location-specific SOC for a Pack condition effective Gas Day February 23, 2026. The locations listed above adjusted their scheduled quantities to align with actual deliveries.
- Washington Ranch was on withdrawal, averaging 145 MMcf.
ACTIONS TAKEN BY EPNG AND SHIPPERS
The following actions were taken:
1. EPNG declared a location-specific SOC for a Pack condition on February 19, 2026, at 7:01 am MST. The SOC was in effect for Gas Days February 19, 2026, through February 22, 2026.
2. After EPNG declared the SOC, the affected customers took corrective action to align their scheduled supplies with their actual deliveries.
