STRAINED OPERATING CONDITION (SOC) Declaration - System Wide PACK

EFFECTIVE DATE: April 24, 2026

IMBALANCE TOLERANCE: 5%

DURATION: Until Further Notice

AFFECTED AREAS/LOCATIONS: System-wide

OPERATING CONDITION SUMMARY: The EPNG system linepack is currently at 8,220 MMcf which is an increase of 192 MMcf compared to the start of Gas Day April 23, 2026.

Deliveries below scheduled quantities.

Receipts in excess of scheduled quantities.

CUSTOMER ACTION REQUIRED: Immediate action is required to ensure that system integrity is maintained.

EPNG RESPONSE:

- Washington Ranch is on maximum injection.

- Imbalance payback to the system, such as Payback (Imbalance Payback to TSP) transactions, will be denied due to operational concerns related to maintaining adequate linepack.
