NOTICE REGARDING ADDITIONAL MARICOPA LATERAL CAPACITY

El Paso Natural Gas Company, L.L.C. (“EPNG”) hereby provides notice that additional firm transportation capacity associated with its Maricopa Project (FERC Docket No. CP24-520-000) will become available upon the in-service date of the Maricopa Project, which is currently expected to be September 1, 2026.  The monthly capacity that will be available is set forth in the tables below and is included in the capacity posted on EPNG's Electronic Bulletin Board under the “Informational Postings” tab (Informational Postings > Capacity > Unsubscribed > Segment Capacity).

Concurrently with the availability of the capacity, EPNG intends to establish a virtual receipt point (PIN 58042) at the interconnect of its North Mainline and Maricopa Lateral pipelines. Establishment of this virtual receipt point will facilitate shippers holding upstream capacity to access and utilize capacity on the Maricopa Lateral.

The date on which the capacity is expected to become available falls outside the timeline for submitting service requests as set forth in Section 4.2 of the General Terms and Conditions of EPNG's FERC Gas Tariff, Third Revised Volume No. 1A.  As a result, the capacity is not currently available for service requests or for any form of point redesignation. However, EPNG may consider entering into a pre‑arranged transaction for the capacity, and shippers interested in pursuing a pre-arranged transaction should contact their account representative.  

Please note that if multiple shippers express interest in acquiring the same capacity through a pre-arranged transaction, EPNG will not move forward with a pre‑arranged transaction for such capacity and will instead initiate an open season for the capacity.
