EFFECTIVE DATE: February 19, 2026

IMBALANCE TOLERANCE: 5%

DURATION: Until Further Notice

AFFECTED AREAS/LOCATIONS: Specific to the following locations.

DJAVELIN (54866)

DPD HUR (300960)

DMINDSCA (57248)

DMORSMLT (330073)

OPERATING CONDITION SUMMARY: The EPNG system linepack is currently at 8,210 MMcf, which is an increase of 166 MMcf from the start of Gas Day February 18, 2026. Continued packing by the locations listed above undermine EPNG's ability to maintain system linepack within acceptable levels and manage system integrity.

Deliveries below scheduled quantities.

Receipts in excess of scheduled quantities.

CUSTOMER ACTION REQUIRED: Immediate action is required to ensure that system integrity is maintained.

EPNG RESPONSE:

- Washington Ranch is on maximum injection.
