Force Majeure Lifted – Hueco Station – Unit #3

El Paso Natural Gas Company, L.L.C. (EPNG) has resolved the Force Majeure event declared on Monday, April 28, 2025 (reference Critical Notice No. 624740), associated with its Hueco Compressor Station Unit #3 located in Hudspeth County, Texas. As such, EPNG will be increasing the capacity through the CORN LPW constraint effective February 13, 2026, Timely Cycle, (Cycle 1). EPNG will be posting an updated maintenance notice to reflect the increase in capacity through the CORN LPW constraint.

This incident constitutes an event of Force Majeure under Section 11.3 of the General Terms and Conditions of EPNG's FERC Gas Tariff.
