DURATION OF EVENT
A location-specific Strained Operating Condition (“SOC”) for a Pack condition was declared by EPNG as follows:

TIMELINE
[January 10, 2026, 6:15 am Mountain Standard Time (MST)] EPNG declared a location-specific SOC for a Pack condition effective Gas Day January 10, 2026, with the imbalance threshold set at 5% (Critical Notice No. 627230).
[January 11, 2026, 6:49 am MST] EPNG lifted the subject location-specific SOC effective Gas Day January 11, 2026 (Critical Notice No. 627239).
APPLICABLE OPERATING CONDITIONS
Saturday, Gas Day January 10
- EPNG's system linepack started the day at 7,952 MMcf, which was a decrease of 4 MMcf compared to the previous Gas Day.
- At 6:15 am MST, EPNG declared a location-specific SOC for a Pack condition (Notice No. 627230) for the locations listed above effective Gas Day January 10. In its notice, EPNG stated that continued packing of the system by the locations listed above would undermine EPNG's ability to maintain system linepack within acceptable levels and manage system integrity.
- The locations listed above had packed EPNG's system 39 MMcf the prior Gas Day.
- Washington Ranch was on withdrawal, averaging 106 MMcf.
Sunday, Gas Day January 11
- EPNG's system linepack started the day at 7,824 MMcf, which was a decrease of 128 MMcf compared to the previous Gas Day.
- At 6:49 am MST, EPNG lifted the subject location-specific SOC for a Pack condition effective Gas Day January 11, 2026. The locations listed above adjusted their scheduled quantities to align with actual deliveries.
- Washington Ranch was on withdrawal, averaging 176 MMcf.
ACTIONS TAKEN BY EPNG AND SHIPPERS
The following actions were taken:
1. EPNG contacted the interconnecting parties at the affected locations prior to declaring the SOC and requested that the scheduled quantities be adjusted to match the actual flowing gas quantities.
2. EPNG declared a location-specific SOC for a Pack condition on January 10, 2026, at 6:15 am MST. The SOC was in effect for Gas Day January 10, 2026, only.
3. After EPNG declared the SOC, the affected customers took corrective action to align their scheduled supplies with their actual deliveries.
