SOC Lifted – Location-Specific PACK Condition
The Strained Operating Condition ("SOC") for a Pack condition issued on December 24, 2025, (Critical Notice No. 627096) will be lifted effective Gas Day December 25, 2025. As such the SOC was in effect for Gas Day December 24, 2025, only.
The following customer response has been sufficient to maintain EPNG's linepack within acceptable levels:

Delivery point operators are encouraged to continue to deliver gas according to their scheduled quantities. Supply operators are encouraged to reduce and/or maintain their deliveries into the EPNG system at their scheduled rates.
