Force Majeure – Roswell Station

El Paso Natural Gas Company, L.L.C. (EPNG) has experienced an equipment failure associated with its Roswell Compressor Station located in Chaves County, New Mexico and as such the station is currently unavailable. Accordingly, the reduction of the operational capacity associated with this event is 145,542 dekatherms per day (Dth/d), and will impact the following constraint effective on November 12, 2025, Timely Cycle, (Cycle 1).

EPNG will be posting an updated maintenance notice to reflect the total impact through this constraint and the impact of the Force Majeure in conjunction with any other planned maintenance or active Force Majeures.

EPNG will provide updates as more information becomes available.

This incident constitutes an event of Force Majeure under Section 11.3 of the General Terms and Conditions of EPNG's FERC Gas Tariff.
