EFFECTIVE DATE: October 30, 2025

IMBALANCE TOLERANCE: 5%

DURATION: Until Further Notice

AFFECTED AREAS/LOCATIONS: Specific to the following locations.

DMINDSCA (57248)

DPD HUR (300960)

DMORSMLT (330073)

DJAVELIN (54866)

OPERATING CONDITION SUMMARY: The EPNG system linepack starts Gas Day October 30, 2025, within an acceptable level at 7,952 MMcf. Continued packing by the locations listed above undermine EPNG's ability to maintain system linepack within acceptable levels and manage system integrity.

Deliveries below scheduled quantities.

Receipts in excess of scheduled quantities.

CUSTOMER ACTION REQUIRED: Immediate action is required to ensure that system integrity is maintained.

EPNG RESPONSE:

- Washington Ranch is available for maximum injection.

- Supply operators have been or will be contacted and per Section 11.2(a)(ii) of the tariff, notified that EPNG will invoke flow control if they do not reduce their deliveries into the EPNG system to match their scheduled quantities.
