EPNG Reliability Working Group

To all El Paso Natural Gas Company, L.L.C. ("EPNG") Customers:

In accordance with Section 2.7(c) of EPNG's settlement approved in FERC Docket No. RP19-73-006, EPNG will be scheduling the second meeting of the Reliability Working Group to be held next month. 

Prior to EPNG sharing material relevant to the meeting, customers will need to execute a confidentiality agreement.   Shippers who have previously executed the confidentiality agreement continue to be bound by that agreement, and, therefore, do not need to execute another agreement.  Customers who have not previously executed the confidentiality agreement, should contact Stacie Gonzalez ( stacie_gonzalez@kindermorgan.com ) for an executable copy of the confidentiality agreement.  Customers must have executed and returned the confidentiality agreement to Stacie ( stacie_gonzalez@kindermorgan.com ) by 5 p.m. Mountain Clock Time on October 31, 2025 to receive materials in advance and to attend the meeting.  Additionally, the EPNG Team will send a Microsoft Teams meeting invite to those who have timely executed the confidentiality agreement. 

To encourage a free and open discussion, the meeting will not be recorded in Microsoft Teams and EPNG respectfully asks that participants of the meeting refrain from using any other methods to record the meeting.  Questions about the confidentiality agreement should be directed to David Cain ( David_Cain@kindermorgan.com ) and any other questions should be directed to your customer representative.
