Force Majeure – Bluewater Station – Update #1

El Paso Natural Gas Company, L.L.C. (EPNG) is providing this update to the equipment failure associated with its Bluewater Compressor Station located in McKinley County, New Mexico. Unit #1 has been returned to service. Unit #2 and Unit #3 remain unavailable. Accordingly, the reduction of the operational capacity associated with this event is 206,641 dekatherms per day (Dth/d), and will impact the following constraint effective on September 26, 2025, Timely Cycle, (Cycle 1).

EPNG will be posting an updated maintenance notice to reflect the total impact through this constraint and the impact of the Force Majeure in conjunction with any other planned maintenance.

EPNG will provide updates as more information becomes available.

This incident constitutes an event of Force Majeure under Section 11.3 of the General Terms and Conditions of EPNG's FERC Gas Tariff.
