Force Majeure – Gresham Station

El Paso Natural Gas Company, L.L.C. (EPNG) has experienced a mechanical failure associated with its Gresham Compressor Station located in Culberson County, Texas and as such the station is currently unavailable. Accordingly, the reduction of the operational capacity associated with this event is 94,756 dekatherms per day (Dth/d), and will impact the following constraints effective on September 25, 2025, Evening Cycle, (Cycle 2).

EPNG will be posting an updated maintenance notice to reflect the total impact through these constraints and the impact of the Force Majeure in conjunction with any other planned maintenance.

EPNG will provide updates as more information becomes available.

This incident constitutes an event of Force Majeure under Section 11.3 of the General Terms and Conditions of EPNG's FERC Gas Tariff.
