EFFECTIVE DATE: September 22, 2025

IMBALANCE TOLERANCE: 5%

DURATION: Until Further Notice

AFFECTED AREAS/LOCATIONS: System-wide

OPERATING CONDITION SUMMARY: The EPNG system linepack for Gas Day September 22, 2025, is currently at 8,220 MMcf which is an increase of 125 MMcf compared to the start of Gas Day September 21, 2025.

Deliveries below scheduled quantities.

Receipts in excess of scheduled quantities.

CUSTOMER ACTION REQUIRED: Immediate action is required to ensure that system integrity is maintained.

EPNG RESPONSE:

- Washington Ranch is currently unavailable due to Fall bottom hole surveys (Reference Critical Notice No. 626115).

- Imbalance payback to the system, such as Payback (Imbalance Payback to TSP) transactions, will be denied due to operational concerns.
