Subject: Lines 1110 and 1103 Pipeline Replacement

El Paso Natural Gas Company, L.L.C. (EPNG) will be performing a PHMSA required class changes and pipeline replacement on Line No. 1103 and Line No. 1110 in the Ehrenberg area.

Line No. 1110 Pipeline Replacement and Class Change – Wenden to Ehrenberg

The Line No. 1110 class change will require isolation and pipeline replacement between Wenden and Ehrenberg beginning on Gas Day October 3, 2025, (Reference Critical Notice No. 626177). The class change and pipeline replacement is anticipated to be completed on Gas Day 10/21/2025.

Beginning on Gas Day 10/3/2025, the following scheduling constraints will be limited to these net capacities:

WENDWST: 655,965 dekatherms per day (Dth/d)

EHRENBRG: 652,740 dekatherms per day (Dth/d)

The following delivery volumes will be isolated and sourced through the EHRENBRG constraint with a combined limit of 652,740 dekatherms per day (Dth/d):

IBLYTHE (314980)

Line No. 1103 Pipeline Replacement and Class Change – Wenden to Ehrenberg

The Line No. 1103 class change will require isolation and pipeline replacement between Wenden and Ehrenberg beginning on Gas Day 10/23/2025, (Reference Critical Notice No. 626177). The class change and pipeline replacement is anticipated to be completed on Gas Day 11/06/2025.

Beginning on Gas Day 10/23/2025, the following scheduling constraints will be limited to these net capacities:

WENDWST: 1,180,609 dekatherms per day (Dth/d)

EHRENBRG: 1,115,820 dekatherms per day (Dth/d)

The following delivery volumes will be sourced through the EHRENBRG constraint with a combined limit of 1,115,820 dekatherms per day (Dth/d):
