Line No. 20118 Hydrotest and Pipeline Maintenance – Wenden to Ehrenberg – Update #2

El Paso Natural Gas Company, L.L.C. (EPNG) is providing this update to the PHMSA required class change of Line No. 20118 in the Ehrenberg area.

The class change of Line No. 20118 will extend through Gas Day October 21, 2025, with completion occurring in two separate segments (Upstream and Downstream) to minimize capacity reductions.

Downstream Segment

The Line No. 20118 Downstream segment will be completed on September 23, 2025, with the capacity impact summarized below:

The INORBAJA (301693) location remains isolated to Line No. 1903 and requires its scheduled volumes to continue being sourced exclusively from Line No. 1903 until completion of the Downstream section of Line No. 20118 occurs on Gas Day September 23, 2025. Reference Critical Notice No: 625908 and 626021 for details. The INORBAJA location will return to full capacity on Gas Day September 24, 2025. Additionally the CADEHR constraint will also return to full capacity on September 24, as Line 1903 will be able to make deliveries to the EPNG South Mainline.

Upstream Segment

The Line No. 20118 Upstream segment class change will continue through Gas Day October 21, 2025. DSCALEHR (301016), and IBLYTHE (314980) combined capacity will remain at 652,740 Dth/d through the Line No. 20118 Downstream and Upstream segment class changes until completion on Gas Day October 21, 2025.
