Force Majeure – Caprock Station – Unit #2

El Paso Natural Gas Company, L.L.C. (EPNG) has experienced an equipment failure associated with its Caprock Compressor Station Unit #2 located in Lea County, New Mexico and as such the unit is currently unavailable. Accordingly, the reduction of the operational capacity associated with this event is 83,098 dekatherms per day (Dth/d), and will impact the following constraint effective on September 12, 2025, Timely Cycle, (Cycle 1).

EPNG will be posting an updated maintenance notice to reflect the total impact through this constraint and the impact of the Force Majeure in conjunction with any other ongoing maintenance impacts.

EPNG will provide updates as more information becomes available.

This incident constitutes an event of Force Majeure under Section 11.3 of the General Terms and Conditions of EPNG's FERC Gas Tariff.
