STRAINED OPERATING CONDITION (SOC) Declaration – Location Specific DRAFT

EFFECTIVE DATE: July 18, 2025

IMBALANCE TOLERANCE: 5%

DURATION: Until Further Notice

AFFECTED AREAS/LOCATIONS: Specific to the following locations:

DNTUAFCP (331026)

DTEP S78 (301149)

IMSQUITE (398670)

IODESAEC (320615)

OPERATING CONDITION SUMMARY: The EPNG system linepack starts Gas Day July 18, 2025, at 7,832 MMcf which is a decrease of 186 MMcf. The linepack draft is primarily due to deliveries in excess of scheduled volumes.

Deliveries in excess of scheduled quantities.

CUSTOMER ACTION REQUIRED: Immediate action is required to insure that system pressure remains at a level capable of meeting scheduled deliveries off the system.

EPNG RESPONSE:

- Washington Ranch is available for full withdrawal.

- Underperformance caps will be placed on underperforming supplies.

- IHSW Service will be suspended.
