Force Majeure Lifted – Plains Station

El Paso Natural Gas Company, L.L.C. (EPNG) has resolved the Force Majeure event declared on Friday, May 23, 2025 (reference Critical Notice No. 624972) associated with its Plains Compressor Station located in Yoakum County, Texas. As such, EPNG will be restoring the capacity through the PLAIN ST constraint effective July 10, 2025, Timely Cycle, (Cycle 1). EPNG will be posting an updated maintenance notice to reflect the restored capacity through the PLAIN ST constraint.

This incident constitutes an event of Force Majeure under Section 11.3 of the General Terms and Conditions of EPNG's FERC Gas Tariff.
