Force Majeure – Eunice C Station – Unit #3- Update #1

El Paso Natural Gas Company, L.L.C. (EPNG) anticipates completing the repair to its Eunice C Compressor Station Unit #3 located in Lea County, New Mexico on July 18, 2025. This maintenance is posted to EPNG's monthly July maintenance.

EPNG will be restoring the capacity at the Texaco Eunice Receipt, 377034, (ITEXNEUN) point location effective July 19, 2025, Timely Cycle, (Cycle 1).
