Force Majeure Lifted – Washington Ranch Storage Facility – Unit #1

El Paso Natural Gas Company, L.L.C. (EPNG) has resolved the Force Majeure event declared on Friday, October 18, 2024 (reference Critical Notice No. 623035) associated with its Washington Ranch Storage Facility Unit #1 located in Eddy County, New Mexico. As such, the unit is available for injection at Washington Ranch Storage Facility.

This incident constitutes an event of Force Majeure under Section 11.3 of the General Terms and Conditions of EPNG's FERC Gas Tariff.
