Force Majeure – Window Rock A and B Stations
El Paso Natural Gas Company, L.L.C. (EPNG) has isolated and evacuated its Window Rock A and B Compressor Stations located in Apache County, Arizona due to a forest fire threatening the facility and as such the stations are currently unavailable. Accordingly, the operational capacity through the NORTH ML constraint will be reduced by an additional 534,539 dekatherms per day (Dth/d) effective on June 29, 2025, Intraday 2 Cycle, (Cycle 4).
EPNG will be posting an updated maintenance notice to reflect the total impact through the NORTH ML constraint. EPNG will provide updates as more information becomes available.
This incident constitutes an event of Force Majeure under Section 11.3 of the General Terms and Conditions of EPNG's FERC Gas Tariff.
