Force Majeure – Cornudas A Station – Unit #1 and Unit #3A

El Paso Natural Gas Company, L.L.C. (EPNG) has experienced an equipment failure associated with its Cornudas A Compressor Station Units #1 and #3 located in Hudspeth County, Texas, and as such the units are currently unavailable. Accordingly, the operational capacity through the CORN LPW constraint will be reduced by an additional 86,151 dekatherms per day (Dth/d) effective on June 28, 2025, Timely Cycle, (Cycle 1). EPNG will be posting an updated maintenance notice to reflect the total impact through the CORN LPW constraint.

EPNG will provide updates as more information becomes available.

This incident constitutes an event of Force Majeure under Section 11.3 of the General Terms and Conditions of EPNG's FERC Gas Tariff.
