Force Majeure Lifted – Eunice C Station
El Paso Natural Gas Company, L.L.C. (EPNG) has resolved the Force Majeure event declared on Friday, May 30, 2025 (reference Critical Notice No. 625050) associated with its Eunice C Compressor Station located in Lea County, New Mexico. As such, EPNG will be restoring the capacity at the EUN PECS and PECS EUN constraints effective on June 16, 2025, Intraday 1 Cycle, (Cycle 3).
EPNG will be restoring the capacity at the Hobbs Power Plant Delivery, 334841, (DHOBBSPP) point location effective on June 16, 2025, Intraday 1 Cycle, (Cycle 3).
EPNG will be restoring the capacity at the Texaco Eunice Receipt, 377034, (ITEXNEUN) point location effective on June 16, 2025, Intraday1 Cycle, (Cycle 3).
EPNG will be restoring the capacity at the Wantz Delivery, 314547, (DWANTZDP) point location effective on June 16, 2025, Intraday 1 Cycle, (Cycle 3).
EPNG will be posting an updated maintenance notice to reflect the restored capacity at the EUN PECS and PECS EUN constraints, the Hobbs Power Plant Delivery, 334841, (DHOBBSPP) point location, the Texaco Eunice Receipt, 377034, (ITEXNEUN) point location and the Wantz Delivery, 314547, (DWANTZDP) point location.
This incident constitutes an event of Force Majeure under Section 11.3 of the General Terms and Conditions of EPNG's FERC Gas Tariff.
