Force Majeure – Dimmitt Station – Units #1 and #3 – Update #1

El Paso Natural Gas Company, L.L.C. (EPNG) has resolved the Force Majeure event declared on Wednesday, May 28, 2025 (reference Critical Notice No. 625031) associated with its Dimmitt Compressor Station Unit #3 located in Lamb County, Texas.

Dimmitt Compressor Station Unit #1 remains unavailable for equipment failure repair.

Accordingly, the operational capacity through the AMAR N and AMAR S constraints will be increased by 20,000 dekatherms per day (Dth/d) effective on June 5, 2025, Intraday 2 Cycle, (Cycle 4). EPNG will post an updated maintenance notice to reflect the total impact through the AMAR N and AMAR S constraints.

EPNG will provide updates as more information becomes available.

This incident constitutes an event of Force Majeure under Section 11.3 of the General Terms and Conditions of EPNG's FERC Gas Tariff.
