Force Majeure – Dimmitt Station – Units #1 and #3

El Paso Natural Gas Company, L.L.C. (EPNG) has experienced equipment failures associated with its Dimmitt Compressor Station Units #1 and #3 located in Lamb County, Texas, and as such the units are currently unavailable. Accordingly, the operational capacity through the AMAR N and AMAR S constraints will be reduced by an additional 20,000 dekatherms per day (Dth/d) effective on May 29, 2025, Evening Cycle, (Cycle 2). EPNG will post an updated maintenance notice to reflect the total impact through the AMAR N and AMAR S constraints.

EPNG will provide updates as more information becomes available.

This incident constitutes an event of Force Majeure under Section 11.3 of the General Terms and Conditions of EPNG's FERC Gas Tariff.
