STRAINED OPERATING CONDITION (SOC) Declaration - System Wide PACK

EFFECTIVE DATE: May 14, 2025

IMBALANCE TOLERANCE: 5%

DURATION: Until Further Notice

AFFECTED AREAS/LOCATIONS: System-wide

OPERATING CONDITION SUMMARY: The EPNG system is currently in a high linepack condition with system linepack above 8,215 MMcf. The Line 2000 scheduled maintenance reduces the usable system linepack and reduces EPNG's linepack flexibility. (Reference Pipeline Conditions Notice: 624871)

Deliveries below scheduled quantities.

Receipts in excess of scheduled quantities.

CUSTOMER ACTION REQUIRED: Immediate action is required to ensure that system integrity is maintained.

EPNG RESPONSE:

- Washington Ranch is on bottom-hole survey and as such, is unavailable for injection. (Reference Critical Notice: 624654, 624745, 624800)

- Imbalance payback to the system, such as Payback (Imbalance Payback to TSP) transactions, will be denied due to operational concerns related to maintaining adequate linepack.
