Force Majeure – Dimmitt Station – Unit #3

El Paso Natural Gas Company, L.L.C. (EPNG) has experienced an equipment failure associated with its Dimmitt Compressor Station Unit #3 located in Lamb County, Texas, and as such the unit is currently unavailable. Accordingly, the operational capacity through the AMAR N constraint will be reduced by an additional 73,725 dekatherms per day (Dth/d) effective on March 7, 2025, Evening Cycle, (Cycle 2). The operational capacity through the AMAR S constraint will be reduced by an additional 83,004 dekatherms per day (Dth/d) effective on March 7, 2025, Evening Cycle, (Cycle 2). EPNG will be posting an updated maintenance notice to reflect the total impact through the AMAR N and AMAR S constraints.

EPNG will provide updates as more information becomes available.

This incident constitutes an event of Force Majeure under Section 11.3 of the General Terms and Conditions of EPNG's FERC Gas Tariff.
