Force Majeure – Line No. 1103 – Anomaly Repair – Lordsburg A to San Simon

El Paso Natural Gas Company, L.L.C. (EPNG) has identified an anomaly on Line No. 1103 downstream of its Lordsburg A Compressor Station, located in Hidalgo County, New Mexico. The repair will require isolation and a corresponding reduction in operational capacity.

Accordingly, the operational capacity through the LORDSBRG constraint will be reduced by 414,875 dekatherms per day (Dth/d), effective February 5, 2025, Evening Cycle, (Cycle 2).

EPNG will post an updated maintenance notice to reflect the total impact through the LORDSBRG constraint. This reduction in operational capacity will remain in effect until further notice.

EPNG will provide updates as more information becomes available.

This incident constitutes an event of Force Majeure under Section 11.3 of the General Terms and Conditions of EPNG's FERC Gas Tariff.
