Force Majeure – Dumas Station
El Paso Natural Gas Company, L.L.C. (EPNG) has experienced an equipment failure associated with its Dumas Compressor Station located in Moore County, Texas, and as such the station is currently unavailable. Accordingly, the operational capacity through the DUMAS E constraint will be reduced by 140,200 dekatherms per day (Dth/d) effective on January 19, 2025, Intraday 1 Cycle, (Cycle 3). The operational capacity through the DUMAS S constraint will be reduced by 32,213 dekatherms per day (Dth/d) effective on January 19, 2025, Intraday 1 Cycle, (Cycle 3). EPNG will be posting an updated maintenance notice to reflect the total impact through the DUMAS E and DUMAS S constraints.
EPNG will provide updates as more information becomes available.
This incident constitutes an event of Force Majeure under Section 11.3 of the General Terms and Conditions of EPNG's FERC Gas Tariff.
