Force Majeure – Line 3140 and ISUNJAME Jameson Plant 337078

El Paso Natural Gas Company, L.L.C. (EPNG) has identified anomalies on Line 3140, located in Coke County, Texas, that will require isolation to repair. The ISUNJAME (PIN 337078) receipt point will be impacted by this isolation.

The operational capacity of ISUNJAME (PIN 337078) will be reduced by 60,080 dekatherms per day (Dth/d), effective December 13, 2024, Timely Cycle, (Cycle 1). EPNG will post an updated maintenance notice to reflect the reduction of the ISUNJAME (PIN 337078) receipt point. This reduction in operational capacity will remain in effect until further notice.

EPNG will provide updates as more information becomes available.

This incident constitutes an event of Force Majeure under Section 11.3 of the General Terms and Conditions of EPNG's FERC Gas Tariff.
