Force Majeure Lifted – Caprock Station

El Paso Natural Gas Company, L.L.C. (EPNG) has resolved the Force Majeure event declared on Monday, November 4, 2024 (Reference Critical Notice No(s). 623181 and 623205), associated with its Caprock Compressor Station located in Lea County, New Mexico. As such, EPNG will be increasing the capacity through the CAPROCK N constraint effective November 7, 2024, Intraday 2 Cycle, (Cycle 4). EPNG will be posting an updated maintenance notice to reflect the total impact through the CAPROCK N constraint.

This incident constitutes an event of Force Majeure under Section 11.3 of the General Terms and Conditions of EPNG's FERC Gas Tariff.
