Initial Force Majeure – Washington Ranch Storage Facility – Unit #1

El Paso Natural Gas Company, L.L.C. (EPNG) has experienced a mechanical failure associated with its Washington Ranch Storage Facility Unit #1, located in Eddy County, New Mexico, and as such the unit is currently unavailable. This incident constitutes an event of Force Majeure under Section 11.3 of the General Terms and Conditions of EPNG's FERC Gas Tariff.
