Force Majeure Lifted – El Paso D Station – Unit #4

El Paso Natural Gas Company, L.L.C. (EPNG) has resolved the Force Majeure event declared on Tuesday, October 1, 2024 (reference Critical Notice No. 622901), associated with its El Paso D Compressor Station Unit #4 located in El Paso County, Texas. As such, EPNG will be increasing the capacity through the L2000, CORNL2K, and ELPASO E constraints effective October 3, 2024, Evening Cycle, (Cycle 2). EPNG will be posting an updated maintenance notice to reflect the increase in capacity through the L2000, CORNL2K, and ELPASO E constraints.

This incident constitutes an event of Force Majeure under Section 11.3 of the General Terms and Conditions of EPNG's FERC Gas Tariff.
