Force Majeure Lifted – Black River Station

El Paso Natural Gas Company, L.L.C. (EPNG) has resolved the Force Majeure event declared on Friday, August 30, 2024 (reference Critical Notice No. 622618), associated with its Black River Compressor Station located in Culberson County, Texas. As such, EPNG will be increasing the capacity through the L2000 and CORNL2K constraints effective September 2, 2024, Intraday 1 Cycle, (Cycle 3). EPNG will be posting an updated maintenance notice to reflect the increase in capacity through the L2000 and CORNL2K constraints.

This incident constitutes an event of Force Majeure under Section 11.3 of the General Terms and Conditions of EPNG's FERC Gas Tariff.
