IMBALANCE TOLERANCE: 5%

DURATION: Until Further Notice

AFFECTED AREAS/LOCATIONS: System-wide

OPERATING CONDITION SUMMARY: The EPNG system continues to experience a high linepack condition with system linepack currently above 8,000 MMcf.

Deliveries below scheduled quantities.

Receipts in excess of scheduled quantities.

CUSTOMER ACTION REQUIRED: Immediate action is required to insure that system integrity is maintained.

EPNG RESPONSE:

- Washington Ranch is on maximum operational injection.
