Force Majeure – Line 2000 – Anomaly Repair – Casa Grande C to Wenden – Update #1

 

El Paso Natural Gas Company, L.L.C. (EPNG) is revising the capacity reductions for the anomaly repair on Line 2000 downstream of its Casa Grande C Compressor Station to include the GILA constraint.

 

Accordingly, the operational capacity through the CASA C constraint will only be reduced by 345,400 dekatherms per day (Dth/d), effective February 19, 2024, Intraday 2 Cycle (Cycle 4).

 

The operational capacity through the GILA constraint will be reduced by an additional 350,000 dekatherms per day (Dth/d), effective February 19, 2024, Intraday 2 Cycle (Cycle 4).

 

EPNG will post an updated maintenance notice to reflect the total impact through the CASA C and GILA constraints. This reduction in operational capacity will remain in effect until further notice.

 

EPNG will provide updates as more information becomes available.

 

This incident constitutes an event of Force Majeure under Section 11.3 of the General Terms and Conditions of EPNG's FERC Gas Tariff.
