WARNING OF STRAINED OPERATING CONDITION (SOC) – PACK 

The EPNG system linepack started Gas Day November 20, 2023 at 8,205 MMcf and has decreased to 8,161 MMcf throughout the course of Gas Day 20.  EPNG is concerned that actual deliveries are below scheduled quantities, which will result in the exceeding 8,200 MMcf to start Gas Day November 21, 2023. 

Washington Ranch is on maximum injection. 

Delivery point operators are encouraged to continue to take gas according to their scheduled quantities.  If the situation fails to improve EPNG will declare an SOC for a PACK condition. 

Imbalance payback to the system, such as Payback (Imbalance Payback from TSP) transactions, will be denied due to operational concerns related to maintaining adequate linepack.
