Majeure – Line 2000 – Update # 19
Natural Gas Company, L.L.C. ("EPNG") is providing this update to the
Force Majeure notice originally posted August 15, 2021 (reference Critical
Notice No. 612627), associated with the pipeline failure on Line 2000 near the
town of Coolidge, Arizona.
EPNG completed the physical work on Line 2000 in accordance
with PHMSA's corrective action order (CAO) and EPNG's remedial work plan (RWP).
EPNG submitted a request to PHMSA today to lift the pressure restriction so
that the line can return to commercial service. As a reminder, PHMSA will need
time to review the request. EPNG will update this posting when PHMSA approves
the request to lift the pressure restriction and Line 2000 is ready for
commercial service. Any specific questions related to operationally available

EPNG's FERC Gas Tariff, General Terms and Conditions, Section 11.3.
