Force Majeure Lifted – Roswell Station

El Paso Natural Gas Company, L.L.C. (EPNG) has resolved the Force Majeure event declared on Tuesday, December 20, 2022 (reference Critical Notice No. 616880), associated with its Roswell Compressor Station. As such, EPNG will be increasing the capacity through the CAPROCK N and CAPROCK S constraints effective December 31, 2022, Timely Cycle (Cycle 1). EPNG will be posting an updated maintenance notice to reflect the total impact through the CAPROCK N and CAPROCK S constraints.

This incident constitutes an event of Force Majeure under Section 11.3 of the General Terms and Conditions of EPNG's FERC Gas Tariff.
